Do surfactants have different electric charges?

Just wonderin’...and its another cosmetic chemistry question I happen to be having some difficulty finding the answer to.

Yes. Surfactants can be:

non-ionic (no net charge)
anionic (negative charge)
cationic (positive charge)
zwitterionic (having two opposite charge groups)
