What staff are needed for a house building business?

I’m trying to build an affordable housing business for veterans and i’m trying to figure out what employees i will need to hire to start. I have an accountant, but i’m not sure what other kinds of employees i’ll need.

What you need are people with skills. Some people have multiple skills in roofing, cement work, and carpentry for example. Some skills require being licensed such as plumber and electrician.

Are you talking about skilled labor, or are you talking about management – the contractors, the inspectors, etc. Totally different jobs.
