What is the effect of NSAIDs on neurotransmitter levels?

How does NSAID affect the release and metabolism of neurotransmitters eg.catecholamines?

Ibuprofen (And probably orher NSAIDs but that was the research was using) effects the receptors preventing neurotransmitters attaching to them. It doesn’t effect the levels but it does effect their ability to function (ie pass on pain message).
