What is the nutritional value of snake skin, locust husks and other foodstuffs?

Like egg, nut shells ect. Either eaten directly or made into flour.

Locust are great food value, 62% protein and 17% fat?. I’ve eaten crickets and grasshoppers (locust) in Mexico they call them chapulines.
