What vitamins are not stored in the human body?

That needs to be in our food every day?

Like vitamin C?

The B’s and C are water soluble and you get rid of what you are not using fairly quickly.

A, D, E, and K, are fat soluble and stored.

Salt is not a vitamin. Salt is stored in a sense and released and helps regulate water in the body.
