How to find Happiness?

Asked by Jupiter27 (8points) May 10th, 2022

Is it the kraal of happiness, to live in the moment of time the eternal now, without any mental attachment to material possessions, opinions, feelings, people and even life itself?

Nope. And your metaphor of ”...the kraal of happiness” implies limits on one’s happiness, which can be unbounded.

But happiness in and of itself is not a goal, but rather a byproduct. And as much as we try, there is only the current moment.

No. I am much happier having material possessions that bring me comfort, make life easier, or remind me of pleasant memories.
I get an embarrassingly large amount of happiness every time I sit on my Toto bidet toilet seat. The warm seat and wash water warm my soul as well as my butt.
Find your happiness where you are.

Happiness isn’t something to find, rather one creates there own happiness.
As Zenvelo stated ..its a by product.

Meaning it comes as a result of most likely giving and thus you receive a happier feeling inside oneself.
