What is the name of a piece of art with a chess board in it?

Asked by orc0294 (5points) November 25th, 2008

I know the question is vague, but basically its a piece of art, not modern by any means. Have no clue who painted it, it has two men playing chess in the foreground and in the background is a lady looking out a window, I also vaguely remember a mirror maybe? Any help will be appreciated I know I am not giving much info but its all I can remember. Thanks again.

It it’s not here, I don’t know where else you might find it.

Whoa! That link is NSFW! There’s boobs in the later pages!

Wikimedia Commons has a category for Chess in art. I didn’t see anything like what you described.

Thanks to both but did not find it in either site though both sites have some nice art. Thanks for taking the time to answer

jasongarrett that is pretty close I seem to think one of the players in the painting I am thinking of as being a knight and the scene is brighter, if that makes any sense. Thanks :D
