Would you rather be smart and know all the misery of the world or be stupid and content?

Smart and knowledgeable.
Even if I carry a burden, perhaps my intellect would help me solve some problems.

Smart and misery. Truth, in my opinion, is always best. Sometimes it sucks, but I’d rather be strong and be able to face the world.

Anyone ever read The Giver? Same conundrum.

At least when you’re knowledgeable you can recognize the good things in life, instead of being oblivious to them.
