I far as I know, you’ll have to break up tracks and add track info by hand, which will be quite laborious, but straightforward once you’ve set it up.

Or, instead of breaking up the tracks, make it one long song. I do that when ripping records. In some ways its great. I love listening to Dark Side of the Moon side A for 16 minutes w/o a pause.

Beware. Some of the software will introduce a break whenever it detects a silence of x amount of seconds. You should be able to adjust this if you want continous tracks, or if you are ripping a song that has moments of silence within the piece.
