Conan O’Brian is taking Leno’s spot, but when does Leno take the 10 o’clock spot?

Central time? I heard the network was going to give him a prime time slot. Is that true? Is that what you mean by 10:00? I also heard Conan starts June 1, 2009.

I don’t believe Jay Leno is moving to an earlier time frame. I think he is retiring altogether as a talk show host. On a side note, I like the Tonight Show a lot and I think NBC has made a huge mistake in choosing Conan O’Brien to be the new host. Conan’s humor and antics aren’t very funny, in my opinion, and he usually acts like a complete moron in front of the camera. When he takes over later this year, no more Tonight Show viewings for me.

This article here gives a little more insight into the Tonight Show changeover in 2009.

Conan’s a good writer but I’m not crazy about him as a host. He’s a little childish and silly for me.

Leno sucks. He can’t hold Letterman’s jock, let alone Johnny Carson’s.

NBC should just give up on Late Night altogether and show Taxi reruns or something.
