I honestly don’t think anyone knows. I think he intentionally wrote the song for it to be open-ended, that way it would appeal to most people, so they could pretty much fill in the blank.
I know the answer! He means he’ll never cheat, never let the relationship end. He’ll never stop loving her. It’s in the lyrics, just not directly!

LOL —- there’s not a whole lot i won’t do… well accept one specific thing….. That, er, I don’t find enjoyable. Without getting into it (cough) – it’s what lots of people think that all gay people do. I’ll leave it at that – I’ve shared WAAAAYYY too much already LOL

I always found this song a bit annoying. It would have been interesting, but much different, if he said that even in the name of love he would not forsake his principles, give up on his ambitions or abandon his family.
