I have a cect p168 phone but now , neither does caller Id or the phone number shows on the screen when someone calls?

yes i have one of those clone iphones it was working fine until yesterday when i get a call i dont know who its is.It just shows Sim 1 incoming,, PLease help

That model phone has two slots for SIM cards, but you have to manually switch between the two, maybe check to see if you have presets for one SIM card & not the other.
