any travel tips to south korea?

i was born outside of seoul, south korea in the ‘70s and adopted in the usa shortly after. i have very little knowledge of the people, culture, heritage, etc. what is a good resource to start planning a trip? i’d like to go in the next two or three years.

I recommend using something like hostelworld.com (or some other user rated website) to research places to stay. I used this web page for an unplanned 2 month wander around Europe and found it very helpful.
I don’t know much about the culture or heritage in Korea, but always love reading up on cities/provinces/countries on wikipedia.org.

my dad was born there and wen my parent got divorced he moved back I talk to him on the phone and he says its Very crowded even more than new york so bring money for busses as thy will b ur easiest way to get around I don’t know where u live but I live in California and from CA to Korea its like a fifteen hour flight at least so bring stuff on the plane to keep u intertaind and comfortable
