What happens in a High school Junior Orientation?

im going to private school but im a transfer because i just moved and in september i’ll be a junior. I thought there were only orientations for freshman. But theres one for like every grade. What are they gonna talk about and stuff

There’s really no way for us to know… it sounds highly unusual to me. I’d contact the school.

I would bet it would be about college testing, college visits, AP courses/credits, that sort of thing. Maybe about service projects, if that’s required.

It is also an opportunity for you, as a newbie, to meet some classmates, and at least, see everyone’s face. introduce yourself to your neighbors. Good luck.

Like Pandora said. Not really much to add. Depending on the school though, juniors may receive special privileges as upperclassmen, or for getting good grades.
Junior year is an important year, some people say it’s the hardest year of your high school career. It was for me.

yeah for me 9th and 10th grade werent hard at all.

Since I’m going to be a junior, too…I simply have no idea.
My publilc school doesn’t require one.
