1) Waking up—(I don’t listen to music when I get up, I usually watch the news.) See #3)
2) Exercise—I don’t really listen to music while exercising.
3) Driving—Dave in the car on the way to work. I’ve been repeat-o girl with Big Whiskey.
4) Studying/Working—Not in school, and I don’t listen to music at work.
5) Unwinding—Dave in the car on the way home.
6) Feeling angry—NIN
7) Feeling sad—I agree with Counting Crows
8) Falling asleep—Silence
9) Making love—The sounds of moaning and breathing
10) Sitting in the backyard on a sunny day, drinking or not—For some reason classic rock, like The Eagles or Dylan

I guess my life isn’t really a soundtrack, it’s more of a quietude.

My own guitar music, bad as it may be.

@sjmc1989 Love your #1. For some reason, I never took the song that literally before.

@johnpowell I am long past due to check out some 2Pac. What would you recommend?

@tiffyandthewall Thanks for Natalie Portman’s Shaved Head! I am enjoying them on Pandora.

@Inofaith nice #5! You reminded me that Shadow’s “Blood on the Motorway” and similarly, UNKLE’s “Rabbit in Your Headlights” are also good depression songs.
