Is there any way to post a YouTube video to a Facebook Fan Page that can be played from within a Facebook Business Page?

right now, it seems you can just upload the video from your computer (but then it’s not linked from youtube and the views do not tally for the YouTube view count) and the other option is to post a link to the YouTube video on your Facebook company fan page, but that just links to YouTube and does not allow you to play the video right then and there from within the fan page. This all works for personal profile pages in facebook, but not for Business Facebook Fan Pages, unless there is something I am missing that can be done to do this. Please advise. Thanks!!
