I took the GRE four years ago and I need to dig up my score, now. How do I do this?

On the website it asks for appointment number or registration number. I don’t have any of that! Is there anywhere where that info is stored, or have I just been irresponsible and lost it for good?

I looked over the gre site and the only thing I could come up with is this
You can recieve your scores over the phone and a social security number is requried, as well as a credit/debit card for the $12 fee.

Hhhmmrrmmm….I assumed that was only for tests taken recently…does it explain that directly?

it says if you’ve taken the test in the past five years, you can use this option.
