Is there any way to transfer music from your iPhone between a Mac and a PC without having to erase everything?

I have a Mac and a PC. The Mac is my main computer, and the PC is my little carry around computer. I listen to music a lot on my iPhone, and I’m trying to figure out if there is a way to sync music between both itunes libraries without having to erase everything on my iPhone. Any suggestions?

Can be from my iPhone to the itunes libraries, or to my iPhone from the itunes libraries. Either is good.

Home Sharing was just added in iTunes 9. That could be what you are looking for. That is if you can get both computers on the same network(connected to the same router).
