Is there anything wrong with wearing the hat of a team you don't support?

been a diehard cubs fan since the 1970s. i am not about to bet anybody who says i have to wear a chicago white sox hat as part of the deal.

now, yes, i will wear a certain hat from another league only because it has my initials (KC) as in kansas city royals, but that’s about it.

I was just going to say, “as long as it’s not a Dodger hat.” For shame! Never wear a Los Angeles Dodger’s hat under any circumstances!

I would never wear a yankees hat

My dad’s company does sports merchandising, so I get freebies whenever I want them. I end up wearing a lot of crap that pimps teams I’ve never even heard of. I’m not a sports person, so I don’t really care.

Now, one time he did give me a UH hat and I told him to shove it. Wouldn’t be caught dead in one. As if.

You could always alter the hat and seam-rip the logo off (if it’s sewn on), if it bothers you enough. Otherwise, who cares? Is it better than having sun in your eyes?

Here is how you justify the purchase:

Grow a mustache, wear a Hawaiian shirt and when people ask if you are a Dodgers fan, tell them no, but say “I’m a big Magnum P.I. fan and I couldn’t find a Detroit hat…”

yes, anyone who wears a Yankees hat just for the sake of looking cool knows nothing, especially if they are not from around NY.

I will wear another teams hat for Irony, but never ever Dodgers, Yankees, Cowboys, or Stanford.

For the record, I would never wear a Yankees or Red Sox hat. I don’t see the problem with the Dodgers though.
