What is the name of this short story by Isaac Asimov?

Asked by phoenyx (7401points) February 1st, 2008

In the story, a man is injured in an accident and has his robot take his place in society. The robot becomes a lawyer and later runs for political office. Towards the end the robot punches a person (apparently violating the laws of robotics), but the person turns out to be another robot.

The short story is called Evidence. It was originally published in 1946, but has been included in several collections, including I, Robot.
