How much time does it take to build a facebook application?

I want to build a facebook application for my website. I am interested in hiring someone to help me build the application, but I’m trying to figure out approximately how long it will take to build the application. I understand that part of the answer to this question will hinge on the complexity of the app. If I were to build an application of equal complexity as Zynga’s Poker application, how many hours would this take to build? What is a reasonable price I should pay per hour to a realtively skilled facebook appplication developer? Anything helps. Thx!
