What is the name of this movie?

What is the name of this movie? I believe it was from the 1990s, possibly Australian, definitely not American. It is about an old woman who is dying having never achieved her dream of traveling the world. Her friends and family decide to fake a grand tour for her with elaborate machinations, but the woman never actually leaves her home.
