Where's a nice place to take a client for lunch in the West Village, NYC?

Asked by marauder76 (390points) October 29th, 2009

Want to impress a client with a nice lunch in or around the West Village. Need a place where we will be seated promptly at the time of our reservation, and where it will be not too crowded or loud so that we can talk comfortably. Money is no object. Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Possibly Apiary or the Back Forty , if they’re still there. It’s been a while.

If it’s not too far from where you’ll be, the Union Square Cafe is one of my favorite places in the city. It’s off of Union Square(duh), on W. 15th or 16th Street. The food is great and the service is very warm and down to earth. They really make you feel well cared for.

Joseph Leonard for sure! It’s a new and talked about place to go. Highly recommend it. http://newyork.seriouseats.com/2009/10/joseph-leonard-gastropub-review-manhattan-west-greenwich-village-nyc.html
