Why does Fluther look different when I'm using the computer at my school? (link in details)

Fluther has a really ugly format when I’m using the Dell desktop computer at my school, there I use Internet Explorer. I can’t even ask questions when it looks like this: http://s151.photobucket.com/albums/s121/Jennaro1993/?action=view&current=Fluther.jpg

For some reason the CSS file isn’t loading. I can reproduce it.

Your best bet is to hold down shift while you reload the page. That will clear the cache and force everything to reload.
