Ginger root.
It’s a natural way to make your stomach feel better.

Seems grandma was right when she told you to drink ginger ale way back when huh?

Are you under some stress? Some people who experience stress or anxiety in their lives have a tendency to somaticize, which means they develop physical symptoms instead of feeling the bad feelings directly.

It depends on what you eat yesterday, this day,and every days. it always a good idea to contact your nutritionist to decide the best kind of food according to your symptoms, and always remember to avoid unhealthy and allergic food.

have you been to a gastroenterologist? A specialist in stomach disorders. That would seem to be the next step if your first tests produced nothing.

Does the pain go away temporarily if you drink or eat something, like dairy or Pepto Bismol? Echoing what @Marina says, I’d recommend seeing an Internist of some sort to rule out ulcers. I have had them (run in the family) and they feel somewhat like what you’re describing, and could lead to more serious conditions involving your stomach and digestive tract, and these may not be detectable just through blood work.

Several members of my family get painful stomachs from milk and milk products. Can you cut that out for a few weeks and see?

Yeah i could try that

Try keeping a food diary: record everything you eat & drink, & see if there is any correlation between that & your pains.
