The ‘Founder’ of the Ca. Wine Institute was a Writer, Wine Judge, an oenophile who took Great Pleasure in showing “Wine Snobs” how little they knew about Wine. Lectured extensively on Wine, oenology and viticulturer ( U.C.Davis ) Promoted California Wines everywhere he lectured. His best book? C.B.of W. initials only or I’d give the answer away.
