How to get the iwhbyd skull in halo 3?

me and my friend are trying to get the iwhbyd skull in halo 3 but we couldnt, what is the ring order, is it 4654534?

The order is 4 6 5 4 5 3 4, according to this.

Thats the correct order. But make sure that you are doing it on difficulty Normal, Heroic or Ledgendary. It won’t work on easy
