What must one do to become a registered voter in Egypt? How about to be Elected?

I can’t find any information on either of these things. What is the critereia to be considered for election in Egypt? Who is aloud to vote there?
Websites would be helpful.

The main point is that you must take Islam as you religion or no one will choose or vote for you.
