Does the main Marvel Universe still know that Peter Parker is Spider-Man?

Spider-man came out as Peter Parker during the Civil War storyline a couple of years ago. I don’t regularly read comic books anymore, but I do catch up every now and then when the graphic novels come out. I’m a little confused now about Spider-man’s secret identity. Did something happen and everyone just forgot that he’s Peter Parker? Do they just not talk about it or don’t care? What did I miss?
