What's a good John Cusack movie?

Asked by shpadoinkle_sue (7188points) March 28th, 2010

I haven’t seen Say Anything. Should I? A friend of mine said it was overrated. As a child of the 80’s and it being such a classic, should I feel a sense of duty to see it? I.E. Like reading a classic novel.

A friend recommended The Jack Bull and I couldn’t believe how good it was. This movie, I believe, was loosely based on true events.

Say Anything is definitely worth seeing. And coming from me…a big movie buff who tends to like art films and who shuns most “romantic comedies” because they are all mindless parodies of each other…hopefully that will be enough to convince you that this movie is really very good and not just some mindless fluff.

Yes, you should watch Say Anything!

No one has mentioned this one yet: The Journey of Natty Gann. It was one of my favorite movies when I was in middle school, back in 1985. Gaaaaaaa I’m old!
