@slick44 No. They let him keep his hair. Also, I was told that he has to be in general poplution because Rikers doesn’t have “protective custody” like that there.

His teeth were “permanent” so he had them removed and put caps on i believe. I saw a video with just the bottoms out and now he had to do the top.
