Whats a good song for a video for my older brother's 18th birthday?

My brother loves rap, hip hop and that kind of movie. When he was a lot younger, he liked westlife and backstreet boys…

I need a song that he will like, that maybe new to him, that relates to something about growing up, becoming an adult, birthdays, or something of that sort with the style of music he likes!!

Any ideas would be appreciated!
