Does anyone here have an IMVU account?

I tried out IMVU for a while, back when it first came out a couple years ago. It was kind of fun, because of all the silly actions your avatar could do and the various backgrounds. Like, you could be chatting with someone in a nice little lounge, in the sky, or in a torture chamber. Unfortunately you had to pay for a lot of things, and most people I met through IMVU itself were kinda lame.

I don’t know how much it’s changed in recent times, but it’s worth a shot. It’s still free to sign up, right? When I got it, you were supplied with something like 1000 points that you could use to buy outfits, hair, accessories and the like. The rest you had to pay for with real money. Sorry I can’t tell you much more about it… the best way to do that most likely is to try it out for yourself!
