Can you make a video? When I say video I mean maybe with added features to it, not just a video of you feeding the resident. Like to some slides from powerpoint illustrating what steps you are taking, maybe add the food pyramid I am not sure what details are in the project but those are some ideas that come to mind.

Well including all of the steps could take some time. Keeping all of the details like checking their dietary card, putting on their protective apron, offering fluids frequently, those will add up. I would also include some of the things that you’ve learned about dietary restrictions.
Do you have to act it out, or does it need to be a spoken presentation? What kind of project are we talking about?

One point I would make a special effort to include is the concept of respect. I presume your residents are adults and, likely, elderly adults. In this case, some of these individuals may have an awareness that their circumstances are not what they once were and any resident who requires assistance with food consumption should be treated with respect (not like one might treat a small child who requires similar assistance).

I agree with @ANef_is_Enuf about inclusion of the details listed above, but I also think any presentation has got to include one’s respectful approach of the individual being fed.
