Have you ever been so physically attracted to another person that you were smitten and missed, or ignored obvious red flags you should have seen?

In your life, can you recall a time you were enamored with a person because they were so gorgeous, that red flags as large as an ocean tanker went unnoticed or ignored? Did others try to warn you because they saw what you did not, but you were not having any of it?

Yes… I was attracted to a crazy lady. We became friends; then she attacked. The rest will be in my book. The red flag would identify her so I don’t want to be sued… or hurt again.

Oh, yeah. Nuff said.

Yes, and the fallout from that situation still resonates with me today. That’s why I’m always trying to help these young ladies on Fluther to SEE THE RED FLAGS AND RUN AWAY!

I ran a red light once while talking to a girl.

Yes. It was my first wife. She started to exhibit sociopathic tendencies about a year after we were married. My family and a few friends tried to warn me of things I didn’t see right away but I thought I knew better than them. I listen much more closely nowadays when people offer me meaningful advice.

Yes, I was like a big black housefly that got caught in little miss spidey’s web. I buzzed around her, found her extremely alluring, but when I moved in for a closer look I got snared and found myself in big trouble. By that time it was too late, and little miss spidey ate me for supper.

That was all figurative by the way. However, in real life, that’s kind of what happened to me!
