Is this use of tattoos one of the more exciting things you've seen?

First I have seen for burn victims; I have seen some beautiful chest tattoos on women who have had mastectomies. Tattoos are definitely a creative alternative to otherwise disfiguring issues.

It’s exciting. Here in town we have a couple of black kids who have that what-ever-it is that causes them to lose pigmentation, so their skin is blotched black and pink.

I know, but it’s much more obvious on dark skinned people.
I was just talking about two kids that I know of personally.
