You sound like you mean loose a lot of weight in a week. There isn’t a safe way to really do that.

Yeah, how much weight?

South Beach Diet. I lost 6 pounds the first week. I wasn’t able to stick to the diet, but it did work while I was on it.

The healthy way to loose weight is a few pounds a week. You maintain it that way too. if you drop pounds quickly they might sneak back on you and it’s not the healthy way to go.

Exercise every day:
run day 2, 4, 6.
yoga (90 minutes) day 1, 3, 5, 7.
eat only fruit and vegetables. Drink a litre of blended fruit juice (blended from real fruit by you) for breakfast.
With lots of chilli.
drink 4 litres of water every day and no other liquids other than the breakfast fruit juice.
eat apples or dried apricots as snacks if you’re hungry.
no alcohol.
do 3 sessions of colon cleansing – day 3, 5, 7.
This is how you lose weight in a week.

Loose weight is different from lose weight, that’s all I know.

If I could lose weight by eating lots of chili, I’d be all over those last five-ten pounds.

Here’s the thing. 1 lb of fat is 3000 calories. Your body needs about 2000 calories a day to do its normal functioning, depending on height, body type, gender, and age. What with the way metabolism works, if you just stopped eating completely, you wouldn’t lose 2000 calories everyday because your body would just go into starvation mode, and sloooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwww doooooooooooooooooooown, meaning you have zero energy, and you’re burning very vew calories. That’s not what you want. The lowest most people should go, calorically is 1500 calories/day including exercise (meaning if you burn 300 calories on tuesday, then you need to eat about 1800 that day. when you do the math, it turns out that it’s possible to lose up to 2 lbs / week, AND NO MORE from fat. any excess weight loss beyond that anyone tells you about is from dehydration, and that’s also NOT a good thing.

So, eat a balanced diet of fruits, veggies, grains, and protein, stay hydrated, exercise a lot, and hope to lose two pounds.

Good luck!
