Is iTunes deleting apps off of your iPhone after update 2.02?

My iTunes is deleting apps off my phone and putting old apps back on. Anyone else having problems.

Apple doing this. Deleting if an app gets pulled off of the store?

Check your iPhone application settings, it happened to me after I updated to 2.0.1.
