Heart of My Hometown by Matt Szlachetka. It sounds country, but it is more Americana.

@ragingloli

Do you have music anhedonia? Or are you just trolling like always?

Rocky…DON’T be offended; but I’m a HUGE fan of the original Blues from before I was born & I really don’t keep up with the current fad music; so, I don’t have a fave for 2018!!! Are there any 2018 artists who are trying to bring back the Blues that are worth checking out???

Another vote for Dirty Computer – Janelle Monáe

I watched the full 48 minute Janelle Monáe – Dirty Computer [Emotion Picture] with awe at the costumes and dance as well as the music. What she’s doing with her Wondaland collective reminds of Prince in the 1980s, creating a constellation of mutually supporting artists, pushing each other up.

Gunship just released their second album “Dark All Day” which is my favorite this year.

This is a fun video for When You Grow Up Your Heart Dies. The fans reenacted scenes from their favorite 80’s movies and the clips got spliced together.

Dark All Day is another great track from the album.
