In Canada it is Thanksgiving today, what will you have for supper ham,turkey,chicken or other?
I like chicken better than ham or turkey.
I find its enough for a meal or two.

Happy Thanksgiving! Down here it’s damned near impossible to find a turkey in October. I wonder where they hide them.

We usually have a wild turkey (not store bought), maybe a deer roast, too.
Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy sweet potatoes, green bean casserole, my Special Stuffing, corn, pies. The works.

Unfortunately not this time as finances wouldn’t permit plus other logistics such as transportation and lodging too expensive. We spent the day talking on the phone and made our own dinners.
When all is going well we meet up, when I can rent a car and stay at a motel/hotel near by.
Our Local transport Greyhound bus lines folded last year and has made it very difficult and more expensive to travel . I hope by Christmas that we might be able to meet .
