If an adult woman wants to sell an hour of her time to a willing-to-pay male, what’s the big deal? Government doesn’t get a cut, that’s why.
It is illegal in most of the US.
What would I charge? We live in a market economy. So I would see what my competitors are charging for their services, and be roughly in the same ballpark, depending on quality.
Look at it this way. $50 will get you a better blowjob in Terre Haute than in New York City.
It’s our Puritan religious base. I don’t think it should be illegal either. It needs to have oversight and taxation. it would be safer for the girls.

Yes, but you are young and youth is always in demand. I, on the other hand, have to settle on the middle-aged rate in order to stay competitive in the market.
