what comedy films are the funniest, i just got some money for my birthday and i am looking to add to my dvd collection with some funny ass films!

Waiting For Guffman. Oh man do I love this movie. It’s funny the first time you see it and then pee your pants hilarious the 13th time. Love that.

Not sure if this qualifies as “comedy”, but it made me laugh a lot:

I saw this Mexican film this weekend (yes, it was in Spanish) called [something] Cobos. Some guys kidnap the wrong guy and the whole thing spirals from there. It has an amazingly intricate plot, where things keep getting more and more complicated, which at the same time makes them hilarious. It is quite violent, though not too bloody (compared to Tarantino films, not Jerry Lewis). I thought it was really clever and an amazingly good production for its budget.
