Does anyone have the recipe for Augratin Turnips that they serve (or used to serve) at the Angus Barn in Raleigh, NC?

Asked by Kodiakk (29points) August 5th, 2009

My wife and I ate at the Angus Barn one night about 10 years ago, and she mistakenly got the Au gratin Turnips. She didn’t like them, but I LOVED them, and haven’t been able to find anything like them since.

Maybe if you contact them directly, they’ll be nice enough to give you the recipe. It’s worth a try.

You could also try some of the many turnip au gratin recipes on the Web and see if any come close.

Here‘s one example.
