If a stripper gets breast implants can she write it off on her taxes as a business expense?

In states that it is legal. I cant see why not.

@ChazMaz I was thinking it wouldn’t fly because she gets to take ‘em home, too – in that you can’t prove it’s only for work.

We can right off a part of the house as an office.Our laptop and car..

She would have to determine how much is used for business and how much for pleasure.

I dont know if cosmetic surgery can be written off as a business expense. But i wouldn’t be suprised if its been done before.

The I R S will likely calculate the deduction relative to the Implant size…

I would say yes, if their doctor recommends it.

And, if can be documented as to the dosage and when used.
