Today is National Date a Mate Day. what are your plans?

I won’t be snuggling with my husband, but hopefully we’ll get to talk today. Coincidentally I got his new laptop in the mail yesterday and I’m spending the day loading it up with music and pictures for him so I can send it to him either later today or tomorrow.

Another depressing reminder. Maybe I’ll get drunk and snuggle up to her headstone.

Milo and I are going to garden. He will eat grass and roll around in the blooming fresh catnip; I will weed poison ivy and remove slugs. Simple and cheap and fun.

I don’t have a date. Now I feel bad.
Hey, I got a new job though! Maybe I’ll get a date in a few weeks after I get to feeling better about myself.

Figs are good too.

I gotta figure out who’s mate to date. And then rent mine out. lol

I never knew about this day. Do you have to take your SO on a date on this day?

I’m sick today, so I’ll have to let this one pass.
