As far as i could walk. We’ve been friends for 45 years.

I’d walk about 3.5 miles, then I suppose I’d get tired. Incidentally, I care about my best friends a whole lot.

Why would I need to “walk” anywhere for someone?

Sod that, they can come & give me a lift.

I’d walk as far as necessary. She has always been there for me, no matter what. You don’t find that just anywhere.

I would walk 1000 miles. We have been best friends since 8th grade. We don’t live near each other . It feels if I want to go see her I have to travel a 1000 miles.

I have 3 friends who are very near and dear to me and I would walk around the world for them but only one would I consider the ultimate sacrifice for. Sorry guys!!

Well, seeing as how I can only walk maybe 100 yards before the pain is unbearable, I suppose I’d walk that far. Then I’d crawl as far as I could. Then if she needed me to go further, I guess I’d figure something out.

I’d drive off a cliff.
Why walk when you can drive.

After having depression I haven’t really cared about anyone. I over it now but I’m like a robot I don’t care about anyone that much not even my mum.

I’d walk ten miles then keel over, dead.

I would walk as far as I needed to, but my best friend has a car and would let me borrow it.

My best friend and I have known each other since we were about 7 or 8 (We’re 14 and 15 now), but up until about 3 or 4 months ago, I wouldn’t do that much for her. Now, we’re inseparable. We’ll talk on FB for a half hour even if there’s absolutely nothing to talk about. We both have some…quirks, lets jut say, in our families. She’s the one person that really knows everything about us, and I think I’m the same for her. I would walk to her house, which is about 15–20 miles from mine, if I knew she needed somebody. Other than that, I think I’d “keel over, dead” (as @Aster said).

I can’t measure my love for my best friend, but he is the world to me. We rescued each other from uncertain dooms.

This is my attempt to avoid sounding like a douche and admitting that I don’t like walking places for people.

I’d die for any of my close friends. I will walk, drive, or fly to wherever whenever they need me.

Can’t I call a taxi?

My very best friend is the man I love. He’s the only person that I can honestly say that I would rather die than live without him so yes, I care a great deal.

Austinlad's avatar

Honestly, there’s only one friend I can think of—I’ve known her since kindergarden—that I would do anything for, truly anything. For most most if not all others, I believe there would be limits—and I would expect them to have limits for me.

Seaofclouds's avatar

I would walk as far as I could for my best friend. I’d do anything I could to help him out when he needed it.

BoBo1946's avatar

guess no one liked my friend…well, boo on you!

pokopenguin's avatar

I just love her because sh makes me feel special and good about me and she is a part of my life I will never forget

Trillian's avatar

Um. I may take a walk, but walk to my death? What would that accomplish? No.

Neizvestnaya's avatar

On most any days I’d walk 10 miles for him. Pre planned or in an emergency then I’d walk as far as I could.

As much as I care about my partner.
