What are some techniques which can get a human to purr?

I am interested in learning how to purr, and the information on the internet seems to be a bit thin. I thought I would ask here in case any random person happens to know a working technique.

Well humans don’t have the capability to purr like a cat but some do have some techniques to mimic it. I guess it’s something you know how to do or you don’t. I can’t do it.
