Can someone file bankruptcy from home?

There is a women claiming she has worked for lawyers for over 35 years and is now filing divorces and bankruptcies on her own and allowing qualified persons to avoid lawyer fees.. Is this real? or does this sound like a scam? she is much cheaper then other bankruptcy companies I’ve looked into but doesnt work in an office, she works from home..

Sounds like practicing law without a license.

All she can legally do is help the individual fill out the proper forms. They then have to file the forms themselves. Many Law students do this sort of thing.
