How would one begin to form a non-profit spiritual organization eligible for grants and government assistance?

Im in Hawaii and

I’m planing to form an Ashram called the Ashram of the Inexplicable.

A center for personal and group development of body mind and spirit.

Any help would be fantastic, just point me to where i can find the paperwork.
