Can you help us with some re-wording in my husband's resume?

This is the specific line we’re working on right now:

“Originated procedures to identify and track customer issues and responses through implementation of 8D, CRM and a daily customer quality report. This allowed for increased ability to identify and resolve customer issues.”

Obviously, those sentences need help. Note that 8D and CRM will be terms known in the fields in which he is looking.

By doing this, they were actually able to keep track of issues and their resolutions instead of having them get lost in the shuffle. It also allowed his team to prioritize what issues to address first.

All help greatly appreciated! And I may be back with more.

Successfully spearheaded a procedure that identifies and tracks customer issues and employee responses utilizing 8D, CRM and a daily customer quality report resulting in increased ability to identify and resolve customer issues.

I have to run, I think I could come up with a few other suggestions. I’ll come back to the Q later. Hope this helps. Good luck with your job search

Developed and and implemented process improvements and metrics resulting in reduction in customer issues by (insert statistic), which resulted in sales growth of (metric) attributable to increased customer retention. Something like that. Link the process improvement to increased sales due to lower customer attrition, if that’s possible.

At first I thought about developed or designed before implemented, but changed my mind because 8D & CRM is software and solutions that are developed by other people or companies and if you choose to use them it would imply that you are implementing them not developing them.
Also the customer quality report is not part of the 8D, CRM procedures as such, so it should be apart from procedures.
